I am not saying anything about free speech. I realize this is a forum that belongs to a private organization and has not obligations to provide a platform for free speech to anybody. That's why I said that if you do not want me here, I'll leave.
As to the details provided, these were not required details and I didn't agree to anyone to call me at home. I entered the phone, because the form was broken and gave me some errors. Btw, the registration form is still broken, because it has a section for Required Information, and Additional Information. In Additional Information (which I assume is optional), it is still asking whether I'm going to attend DC Rally in 2007. If you do not answer the question about the rally, it doesn't allow you to register.
I haven't filled out all of details, because as I said, I thought they were optional. If there was anything missing that you want me to fill in, you could've told me so rather than ban the handle.

I think the bottomline is not having a GC causes you so much general grief in life that even if you were in a perfect job on H1 and your spouse had a perfect job on H1, you would still want GC just to circumvent these issues with transit and financial institutions.
I know every time my wife or I fly anywhere, we are concerned about transit visas. Anytime you try to open an account, you are concerned. Different state DMV's act differently. Heck, even people in same DMV office in same city interpret rules differently when it comes to H1. I know ppl who have had trouble in CA getting a license because their H1 extension pending and I know ppl whose licenses were mailed to them with validity for another 5 years!

I changed 5 employers over the past 6 years, after I filed my GC. I never did AC21 with out them asking for it and I responded to only one RFE with whatever the document they requested and I mentioned that I used AC21 to change the job.

Guys this is not the time to think it is time to act.
Put DC rally on top of your agenda rest of the things can probably wait and you know it. Don't loose this historic moment to make a difference. IV probably won't be organizing such an event any time soon.
Come to DC, yes and make a difference. You are important and let no one take you for granted anymore.

Till we spend our time in predictions and tracking, till the time we stop jumping the gun in calling for lawsuits, till the time we stop interpreting the INA to find a smoking gun, till the time we stop calling names for USCIS and DOS, till the time we stop blaming 245(i), till the time we stop engaging in eb2 v/s eb3 fight, till the time we stop fighting with each other over irrelevant things, till the time we stop creating these stupid polls, till the time we stop engaging in "number crunching" whatever that means, until that time there is ZERO hope for Eb3-I. Once we stop wasting our time on all these irrelevant things, we will then start spending our time on more meaningful things like speaking with the members of Congress. Then, and only then, there will be a chance of anything good happening for EB3-I.

I have come to this country in 1999 on F1 and have been working and paying takes since 2001.
Being on F(**k me) 1 is a triple whamy. Others are complaining about 6 years of H1B @ 50K+/year. Compare it with

If you had been on one of the calls last week that Murthy organized for her clients - you would know what I am saying and why she is doing what she is doing or why she is not doing what everyone else is EXPECTING her to do.

If someone port their EB3 i-485 to EB2, say somebody who's PD is in 2002.
Does his Visa number go waste or it will be re-used for another case.
this is with presumption that the cases are pre-adjudicated
Visa number is considered used only when I-485 is approved or immigrant visa is approved at US consulate.
Visa number is NOT allocated if I-485 is pre-adjudicated. Pre-adjudicated means that application can be approved but due to lack of visa number it must wait.
